Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation and treatment services for customers
- Build and establish good customers relationship
- Handle customers' requests and enquiries
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Well groomed and articulate with pleasant disposition
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Team player with initiative and assertiveness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Effectively bilingual
- Preferably with any recognize beauty certificate
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Those with 1 year of spa sales experience or in a beauty industry will be an added advantage
* Full training will be provided.
Customer Service / Reception Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handle reception area and answering phone calls
- Provide daily telemarketing
- Attend to walk in / call-in customers
- Arrange booking of appointment for the customers
- Perform general admin duties and documentation
- To assist Customer Relation Officer on daily activities in the outlet
- Reporting to Branch Manager
- Assist in ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O” level with Customer Service / Receptionist experience in retail outlet
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Pleasant personality and confident
- Passion for telemarketing
- Computer skills required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Possess friendly interpersonal and communication skills
